End of Another Year

A little piece of Christmas left over after the big clean up. A sad reminder of what was a great celebration.

A Sad End To Christmas

Isn't this the saddest snowman you've ever seen? This poor little guy is in my son's snowglobe. I couldn't help but wonder while he's so sad, and why anybody would put such a sad little guy in a snowglobe in the first place. Maybe he doesn't want to live in bubble. Maybe he's missing his Mrs. Maybe, like me he's just sad to see Christmas go.

About Me

I am in no way a professional photographer. I'm not even very good at taking pictures. I'm just some fool with a camera who loves to take pictures and experiment with cameras. I've never taken a photography class, nor will I ever take one. I just love to see what I can create, using what little knowledge I have. I greatly admire and respect professional photographers and all the beauty they create in the world. I have been amazed, shocked, angered, educated, calmed and amused by the magic within a professional photograph's eye. I am fasicinated by them and the photos they take. I have been since I was a little girl and I saw photos of the JFK assissnation in Life Magazine and the amazing wildlife photography in National Geographic. I am in no way trying to pretend that I am as good as any professional photographer. I'm just trying to have some fun.
